A success story need not come from epics or personality development books. You can see many among us, provided you have the heart. In my opinion, there is nothing to cheer when a prince becoming a king because he is destined to do that. It is never a success when you catch the fruit by climbing someone’s shoulders. It also depends on how you perceive it. Success is not a physical element. It’s what you feel in your heart.
When the idea of organising a techfest cropped up in the college, we all had little or no experience in organising such events. We had to initiate. We had to co-ordinate all the branches. We had to make something out of nothing. We didn’t have Gandhis among us to lead. We didn’t have Obamas among us to inspire. Our hope kept our spirits high. We learnt from our mistakes. We worked as a team. And this event is a result of it. I wish to mention a few points about the event, ARISTON-09.
“What does it mean?” You should be wondering,
Even I don’t want to keep you pondering.
It simply means “The Best”,
Similar to our techfest,
Many an obstacle we had to face,
Before, we reached this last lap of the race.
To the questions, “Can you do it?”
We have the answer, “Yes, we have done it!”
With the blessings of the chief patron,
The unending support of the chairman,
The encouragement by the sponsors,
The dedication of the co-ordinators,
The hard work by the members of the event,
The enthusiasm of each participant.
On behalf of everyone who is a part of it,
We are proud to say, “Yes, We have done it!”
